Louisville CAN sponsored one of the 1300+
Step It Up 2007 events held around the US on
14 April 07. Congressman John Yarmuth spoke
to the crowd, that numbered nearly 300 despite
rain, wind and unseasonably cool temps. UofL students made
posters and rode their bicycles from campus to LCAN's event.

location, LCAN hosted a public party for watching
the Live Earth concerts held in nine cities around
